Sagemcom Router Login

Sagemcom is a French electronics manufacturer that almost nobody buys directly — instead, you encounter their hardware because your ISP deployed it. Sagemcom builds residential gateways for some of the largest ISPs worldwide: AT&T, BT (British Telecom), Sky, Free (France), and Telstra (Australia). The hardware ships with ISP branding, so you may not even realize it's a Sagemcom unit until you read the label.

Default admin IP and credentials vary by ISP deployment, but most Sagemcom gateways land on either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. The admin password is almost always on the device label — there's no universal default across models.

AT&T BGW320: Sagemcom manufactured the BGW320, AT&T's current flagship home gateway. It uses AT&T's firmware and follows AT&T's login process (192.168.1.254, Device Access Code). See the AT&T login guide for full details.

How to Log In

  1. Connect to the gateway WiFi or via ethernet
  2. Open a browser and try http://192.168.0.1 first — or check the label for the exact admin URL
  3. Enter the admin credentials from the device label
  4. The interface varies by ISP — BT's Smart Hub has a different UI than a generic Sagemcom admin panel

ISP vs. Generic Firmware

ISP-deployed Sagemcom gateways run customized firmware from the ISP, not stock Sagemcom firmware. This means: the interface looks different from ISP to ISP, some settings are locked by the ISP, and factory resets restore ISP firmware (not generic Sagemcom defaults). If your ISP manages the gateway remotely, they can push firmware updates and configuration changes without your input.

Change WiFi Password

  1. Log in at 192.168.0.1 (or your ISP's gateway IP)
  2. Navigate to Wireless or Wi-Fi Settings
  3. Update the password for your network band
  4. Save — devices will need to reconnect
